Who We Are

We're one of YWAM's operating locations (OPLoc), located in southern Yokohama, the neighbouring city of Tokyo; just 30 mins from the Shonan coastline. We first began in late 2020 with great expectation to see what God has in store for this area and for the nation of Japan!

EQUIP - ENCOUNTER - EXPAND - EMBRACE

As the family of God, we desire to equip Japanese believers to walk in their true identity as children of God, to create safe environments for encountering God’s presence through worship, to network various local ministries and to partner with Holy Spirit by reaching out to unbelievers in different spheres of society.

Our 4 Ministry Expressions

EQUIP Ephesians 4:12

To equip believers to walk in their true identity and God given purpose, in accordance with the Word of God in different spheres of society.

EXPAND Romans 10:14,15

Serving alongside the local church and partnering with other ministries as we work together in reaching unbelievers.

ENCOUNTER 2 Corinthians 3:17

To create a safe environment for our community to encounter God’s presence in worship and to experience true freedom from any form of bondage.

EMBRACE John 13:34,35

As children of God, we desire to grow together by building up one another in love and by the leading of Holy Spirit.
